Do you ship outside of the uk?

Yes we do, we ship worldwide. Please refer to our shipping list when ordering for the destinations we cover. If your country is not listed then please contact us so we can provide an accurate price.

Yes, we have plans to bring in more colours to current collections and new collections in the near future.

Do you have cleaning instructions for these bags?

Yes, cleaning instructions will be provided to you when you purchase our product. You can find this in the package delivered to you.

CAN I GET AIZU VELLE IN A STORE?

Unfortunately, we are not currently at any retail stores. Our aim is to provide a more personal service to our customers. However, we may be at your favourite high street store one day!

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER?

We can only do a gift voucher in the form of a voucher code. Please email us on info@aizuvelle.com with your requirement and we will then send you all the instructions.
